Tada’s Kitchen: A Vietnamese Culinary Delight in Brandon, FL

Hands down the best pho spot! The broth is super flavorful and rich, truly worth the hype. The bang bang shrimp is out of this world—the sauce is so unique and delicious. We love it so much that we happily drive 45 minutes from Tampa just to eat here. Totally worth the trip every time!

When you cook Vietnamese at home, it’s hard to find a place that feels worth going out for. Tada’s is one of the few exceptions. It’s our reliable stop for a quick, no-nonsense lunch during our many drives up and down Florida’s west coast. The vibe is casual, the staff is friendly, and the space itself is clean and unfussy. Most importantly, everything tastes right, and the portions are generous. Not flashy, not trendy - just solid, satisfying Vietnamese done right.

Have you ever eaten something that tasted so mind boggling fantastical you have few words because you’re busy rolling your eyes in the back of your head and moaning like a Meg Ryan scene? No? I feel sad for you… If you would like to feel something like that come here and get the Pork Belly Bahn mi or a ginormous pork bao bun! This was my first time there and it was must do when my friend went there the previous day. The Bahn mi was everything I was expecting and more. The crunchiness of the pork belly with the picked vegetables and Pate..mmmm mmmm yes! The bao was my surprise ending as I gave my self a break between the two. The filling was a sinfully delicious pork meat ball but what surprised me was that unexpected half an egg! That made my night! I am excited to actually get the pho next time! Thank you Tada! Update: yes I went back the next day and this time I have pics because I ate faster than I could whip out my phone to take the shot.

Today was my 3rd time coming here. The first time I took advantage of the lunch special for a bowl of the house special beef pho at a reduced price! It’s well worth the value. Even when it’s priced regularly it worth it. The bowl I get is the house special so it includes tendon, meatball, tripe, brisket and shaved steak. All ingredients were very fresh and prepared in a very timely manner. Each time I have been the broth has been CONSISTENTLY GREAT! Fragrant with all of the traditional spices and herbs. I’m glad to have found a great pho spot to bring family and friends, until then I will continue to come in once a week for their friendly service and great value! I’ll be coming for Bahn Min next time!

We have visited this restaurant three times. Our first visit was shortly after they opened. While the food was very good, the service was extremely slow. At the time, we attributed the delays to the fact that the restaurant had just opened and assumed things would improve as they settled in. We returned some time later, hoping the service would be more efficient; however, it was still noticeably slow. On our third visit, I placed a takeout order. The food was once again delicious and well prepared, which we truly appreciate. That said, the consistently slow service has made us hesitant about returning. While the quality of the food is excellent, we hope the restaurant is able to improve the timeliness of their service so that the overall dining experience better matches the quality of the cuisine.

Theirs a reason this place has almost five stars and has been around for so long !! Wish I tried it sooner!! The establishment is dainty , clean and cute not massive though like a traditional restaurant , if you walk into a full house it’s Totally worth the wait !! (Which wasn’t long ) staff is very friendly and attentive. The Food We tried the bang bang shrimp, house wings, taro drink and each got a bowl of pho ribeye and brisket. The appetizers came out timely and tasted amazing and very good portion. The taro drink was pretty yummy very sweet, no complaints. THE PHO was mind blowing so sooo yummy 10/10 recommend especially with the chilly season upon us !! Everything was cooked perfectly we had no short supply of toppings and it was no fuss if we wanted extra of a specific item. I can’t wait to go back and try more menu options and tell all my friends and family !!
